Bahrain, Vatel Bahrain College of Hospitality and Hotel Management signed a memorandum of understanding with Hilton Bahrain City Centre Hotel, with the aim of enhancing cooperation in practical training for college students, professional development and specialized consultations between the two parties, in order to support the preparation of promising talents and the exchange of knowledge and experiences in the hospitality sector. This agreement comes within the framework of Vatel Bahrain College’s keenness to expand its network of partnerships with the most prominent tourism, hospitality and hotel institutions in the Kingdom of Bahrain, which contributes to providing advanced training experiences that enable students to apply their academic knowledge in a real work environment, and enhance their readiness to launch into the labor market efficiently .

The memorandum of understanding will provide college students with training opportunities in various operational departments of the hotel, giving them comprehensive practical experience in guest service, hotel operations management, food and beverage, and other hospitality-related disciplines, in addition to benefiting from the expertise of the hotel's professional staff .

On this occasion, Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, General Manager of Vatel Bahrain, affirmed that signing the memorandum of understanding with Hilton Bahrain City Centre Hotel represents an important addition to the portfolio of partnerships that brings the college together with leading hospitality institutions in the Kingdom, reflecting its commitment to providing an integrated educational system that combines academic knowledge and advanced professional experience .

He said: “We are delighted to collaborate with Hilton Bahrain City Centre Hotel in a partnership that goes beyond on-the-job training to open up broader avenues for exchanging expertise, implementing training programs, and exploring consultancy opportunities that leverage the academic and professional capabilities of both parties.
