stc Group announced the launch of the new identity for " Giza Systems " under the name " pulse by solutions ", in a move aimed at enhancing the integration of its digital system and expanding its regional presence in systems integration services and technical solutions.
This new identity is an extension of the company's existing journey of nearly five decades under the name " Giza Systems ," a leading systems integrator since 1974. The stc Group acquired the company in 2022 for $158 million, and solutions by stc , the group's digital arm, plays a pivotal role in this transformation, with pulse by solutions falling under its umbrella as one of the key enablers for providing advanced systems integration services.
In this context, Eng. Omar Al-Nuaimi, CEO of solutions by stc and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pulse, emphasized that the launch of the new identity represents an advanced level of operational integration within the group, in line with its strategy to enable digital transformation. He added: "Unifying Pulse's expertise in the field of communications and information technology and integrating systems under a single identity contributes to enhancing the group's competitiveness in regional markets and accelerating the pace of value delivery, in harmony with the group's strategic directions."
For his part, Eng. Ahmed Al-Harani, CEO of Pulse by Solutions , affirmed: “The new identity reflects the company’s transition to a new phase of regional expansion, and working under the umbrella of solutions by stc and within the stc ecosystem enhances our institutional ability to implement large-scale strategic projects. He also emphasized that Pulse by Solutions will continue to focus on achieving the integration of digital systems and critical infrastructure, raising operational efficiency across various sectors by enabling seamless connectivity between operating systems and data platforms, and providing innovative solutions that support business sustainability in the Middle East and Africa region.”
This transformation reflects the consistency of vision and operational goals across the stc system, enhancing its role as an enabler of digital transformation in the region, and supporting its expansion in providing systems integration services and digital solutions across the markets in which it operates.
