Dubai, UAE: The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), the leading international business zone and a major contributor to stimulating the flow of global trade through Dubai, today announced the launch of a business acceleration initiative designed to reduce operating costs, improve cash flows, and support sustainable growth within its ecosystem, which currently includes more than 26,000 companies.

This initiative comes at a time when companies are facing constant changes in global market conditions, with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre introducing a package of financial incentives, fee exemptions, and regulatory flexibility, with the aim of enhancing resilience while maintaining long-term competitiveness .

For existing companies, the package is based on license renewal incentives of up to 25% for multi-year commitments: 15% for two years, 20% for three years, and 25% for five years. The center also offers additional incentives for current members looking to expand, with a 20% discount on additional licenses .

Additional measures include waiving fines of up to AED 5,000 for late license renewals and AED 1,000 for late renewals of business center leases, along with temporary relaxation of certain administrative requirements. The center also offers added flexibility through operational adjustments, and existing non-Flexi Desk members can switch to this service without incurring insurance or address change fees .

On this occasion, Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman and CEO of DMCC, said : “Businesses today operate in a fast-paced and highly competitive global business environment. Through this business acceleration package, DMCC enables our members to grow more efficiently and confidently by providing greater flexibility in license renewals, streamlining administrative procedures, and enabling more effective use of existing resources. We are also working to create clearer pathways for business expansion and the establishment of new companies, supporting our members to grow, enhance their long-term resilience, and continue to easily seize new opportunities in global markets.”

In parallel with measures to support existing companies, the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) has launched incentives specifically designed to attract new companies and support their expansion plans within its ecosystem. New companies can benefit from a 10% discount on annual licensing packages and a 20% discount on multi-year establishment packages, with the exception of certain specific programs.

Meanwhile, new companies establishing their businesses within the DMCC's premium offices in the Jewellery & Gemplex can benefit from enhanced setup incentives, including savings of over 15% on annual packages and more than 20% on multi-year commitments. The Jewellery & Gemplex offers premium office space within one of the most established business environments in the DMCC ecosystem, providing companies with a flexible and well-connected working environment designed to support sustainable growth and foster long-term collaboration .

To accelerate the pace of company formation, the center also enhanced its consultant incentive program by increasing commission rates and expanding eligibility to include all successful registrations during the offer period.

This initiative is part of DMCC’s broader strategy to continuously enhance the value offered to its members by aligning support with evolving market conditions and empowering companies at all stages of their growth. Collectively, these measures aim to stimulate new business flows, support organic growth, and solidify Dubai’s position as a leading global hub for trade and investment .
