Vance to CNN: The memorandum of understanding is a very general document.
June 15 (Reuters) - U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance said on Monday that the memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran is "a very general document," and that details of the agreement will be worked out during subsequent negotiations.
"The memorandum of understanding is... about a page and a half long, so it's a very general document," Vance added on CNN.
He continued, "Regarding a number of issues, we will have to resolve those matters during the technical negotiations phase."
