- Qatar Energy is ready to resume liquefied natural gas production at Ras Laffan very quickly and could reach full production capacity within a month, barring a malfunction in two units, a source familiar with the matter told Reuters on Tuesday.

The source added that the main obstacle will be shipping and logistics, particularly the speed at which Qatar Energy can bring in ships and load shipments as soon as the strait is opened.
