The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of the decision of the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes No. 33/L/D1/J/2026 for the year 1448 AH dated 06/01/1448 AH corresponding to 21/06/2026 AD, which approves the acceptance of the request to restrict the class action lawsuit submitted by an investor against Hamel Al Musk Business Services Holding Company for offering its shares to the public without following the regulatory procedures and in violation of the provisions of Article (31) of the Capital Market Law.
The Authority notes that any person who subscribed to the shares of Hamel Al-Misk Business Services Holding Company has the right to submit a request to the Settlement Committee to join the aforementioned class action within (90) days from the date of this announcement, through the website of the Capital Market Authority, based on Article (57) of the Regulations for Settling Securities Disputes, and the Committee will study the requests received in accordance with the regulatory procedures.
