Al Moammar Information Systems Co.(7200.SA) completed closing requirements and obtained Insurance Authority approval to acquire a 15% stake in the Eltizam insurance platform for SAR 19,500,000. This finalizes the transaction originally approved by the board on October 29, 2025. All regulatory procedures officially concluded on May 14, 2026, despite company shares falling 3.59%.
