TotalEnergies cutting back Texas refinery production for repairs, sources say

The 35,000-bpd reformer has been malfunctioning since the refinery restarted two weeks after the June 19 power outage due to a lightning strike, the sources said. The refinery has yet to reach full production.
A TotalEnergies spokesperson did not reply to a request for comment.
