Riyadh, Saudi Arabia : In the context of promoting social responsibility and integrating efforts between the public and private sectors, Sinomy Centers – the largest developer of lifestyle destinations and shopping centers in the Kingdom – has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Holy Capital Municipality, aimed at launching a package of sustainable community initiatives and programs in Makkah.

Sinomi Centers is the largest owner, operator, and developer of shopping malls and lifestyle destinations in Saudi Arabia, with a portfolio of 20 properties across the Kingdom, including Makkah Mall. The agreement was signed at the headquarters of the Holy Capital Municipality on Monday, May 18, 2026, in the presence of representatives from both parties.

As part of this cooperation, the first community initiatives will be launched by distributing gifts to the pilgrims in the holy sites during the Hajj season, reflecting the efforts of both parties to enhance the pilgrims’ experience and present a welcoming image that reflects the values of hospitality and care that the Kingdom gives to the pilgrims.

This partnership will also contribute to supporting a broader program of community events and initiatives that will be implemented throughout the year in cooperation between Sinomy Centers and the Holy Capital Municipality.
